Natural Vanilla Bean Paste (Puree) contains all of the flavor punch of Natural vanilla extract, with the authentic look of vanilla bean seeds, all suspended in a sugar syrup base.
Directions: One teaspoon of puree is equivalent to one teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1-1/2 inches of a vanilla pod. The vanilla seeds are perfectly suspended, so there's no need to shake the bottle before use.
Perfect in gelato, whipped cream, crème brûlée and other culinary confections where the flavor and appearance of a vanilla bean is desired.
Flavor notes: creamy, rich, sweet and warm. Enhances other flavors.
